I’m Kim – the face behind The Gym Room.
I created this space because I know how overwhelming busy public gyms can feel. My goal was to create a private, welcoming space where people can feel comfortable, build strength, lose weight, and grow in confidence.
I’m passionate about helping others achieve their goals. Watching clients transform—both physically and mentally—through strength training is the most rewarding part of what I do.
For me, fitness isn’t just about how you look; it’s about how you feel, stronger, healthier, more confident and proud of what your body can do.
Qualifications:
• Level 2 Gym Instructor
